dr. pepper cupcakes

I haven't drank a Dr. Pepper in over two years and then today I had random craving. As I was sipping on said soda, I came across Dr. Pepper cupcakes with Red Vines! Why have I never had one?! These have to be amazing (although I would use Twizzlers).
